So I found this pin and thought – I definitely have to try this! My usual breakfast is 1-2 eggs (70 cal ea.) with 1-2 pieces of turkey bacon (30 cal ea.) and of course COFFEE (mine is 36 cal).
This is a super easy pancake recipe. When I read it’s ingredients, I thought it would be perfect with all my food issues. It’s just 2 ingredients!
1 ripe banana and 2 whole eggs = EZ. Of course, I always add cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix as usual, oil pan, pour, and flip as usual.
Under 250 calories, nearly 14g of protein! No processed anything – gluten free, dairy free, low calorie.
Taste… You can get used to it. It’s better than soy milk.
