For 14 days – STRAIGHT – you are supposed to do these exercises. I think I made it to 9… It gets BORING doing the same thing every day!
It is definitely a challenge to do ALL these exercises, but you do feel the burn!
I think the planks are the hardest!
I suggest incorporating these into your routine 2-3 days a week. The beauty of these is that you can do them at home or at the gym.
